TEXT myBus
Launched in 2007, TEXT myBus uses GPS technology to track the buses and bring you real-time timetable information.
To use this service, simply send a text message containing your bus stop code to 66556. (Your SMS bus stop code is painted on the road at your bus stop and a full list of bus stop codes are available in the Timetables section)
You will then receive a reply by text message giving you the times of the next two buses to pass your stop. If the buses are already en route, the message will tell you how many minutes away from your stop they are. If they have not yet departed, you will receive the scheduled timetable information.
If your stop is served by more than one route and you only want to receive information about a specific route, type the bus stop code as above, then add a space and type in the route number.
If the bus is wheelchair-friendly, it will be denoted with a 'W' after the time.
